King’s College

medical centre administrator / healthcare assistant

With my husband’s career requiring a significant travel commitment, coupled with a desire to be more present for our children, I accepted a local term-time role within King’s College in Ely leading front of house and administration for their thriving medical centre that cares for over one thousand day and boarding students. The Medical Centre comprises of a team that includes doctors, nurses, psychologists, counsellors and wellbeing therapists.

Amplify

STRATEGIC OPERATIONAL CONSULTANT

With the Amplify business growing across the globe and scaling at pace, the directors felt it was prudent to explore external advice and guidance on the operational side of their business. With a new CFO in place, the creative studio was exploring change and evolution across a number of areas, looking to capitalise on the agency's reputation and extensive client list. Reporting into the board of directors in a fixed term capacity, I completed a top-to-toe audit of the company operations with the aim of streamlining systems and processes to drive profitability, employee engagement and creative performance globally.

Larchmont

founding partner / managing director

In early 2020, I partnered with critically acclaimed commercial director Noah Marshall to launch an independent film production company called Larchmont, operating across Asia Pacific.

As Founding Partner and Managing Director, I have been responsible for growing the business from garage project to a prosperous regional company; achieving 7 figure revenue within the first 12 months, followed by dynamic commercial growth and creative recognition over the following years.

Larchmont now represent a tightly held roster of top local and international directors, working with a portfolio of brands that includes Audi, McDonald’s, Sony, Ford, Telstra, Unilever and Mercedes to produce their marketing communications.

72andSunny

partner / head of talent and operations

Preceding this venture, I enjoyed 3 years with the highly regarded Global creative agency 72andSunny, partnering with the APAC President in Sydney to launch offices in Australia and South East Asia.

As Regional Head of Operations and Talent, and a member of the Global Executive Leadership Team, responsibilities included establishing industry and client relationships across the respective markets, recruiting and coaching best in breed team(s), raising the profile of the agency through innovative talent and business initiatives, driving the company vision and operationalising both businesses from start-up to fully functional.

Bartle Bogle Hegarty

Prior to that, I spent over 9 years at the critically acclaimed advertising agency BBH (in Singapore and then in London), where I was the youngest employee on record to be invited to sit on the company board as Partner. 

During this time I led the agency’s largest and most creatively awarded global brands including Lynx/Axe, Unilever, The Guardian, Johnnie Walker, Levis, Virgin Media and ASOS online fashion. As Strategic Business Lead, I worked in a dual role leading both the strategy and account management function on each brand.

Key performance indicators in this role included commercial acumen, impact with clients, strategic sharpness and creative judgement.
